Description of Quality Control/Technical Support Department
Our professional quality management and technical support team serves as the core guarantee of product quality and customized service. The technical team focuses on product design optimization, structural improvement, material selection verification and production process upgrading. They provide one-stop technical support, including pre-order solution consultation, product parameter confirmation, and after-sales technical guidance, efficiently solving technical problems for global customers. The quality team strictly adheres to international quality standards, with rich industry experience.
Quality Control Procedures
We implement a full-set, closed-loop quality control system covering the whole production process. First, strict incoming material inspection is conducted on all raw materials and accessories to eliminate unqualified materials from the source. During mass production, inline sampling inspection is carried out regularly to monitor production techniques, product appearance and structural performance, correcting process deviations timely. After production is completed, finished products will pass comprehensive tests including functional detection, waterproof test, sensor sensitivity test and aging test.
